A TEAM

is Kotor based Architectural Studio founded in 2014 by two architects: MSc Zeljko Bogdanovic and MSc Kosara Kujundzic. The team includes five architects, two mechanical engineers, two civil engineers and an electrical engineer. Our portfolio consists of dozens of conceptual and main projects of residential, commercial and public buildings as well as more than twenty realizations.

Kosara Kujundzic was born on July 10th, 1980 in Pljevlja, Montenegro. She completed primary school and gymnasium in Kotor, upon which she enrolls Faculty of Architecture, University of Belgrade. She graduates in 2006, becoming Graduate engineer of Architecture. In 2008 she enrolls and in 2009 completes postgraduate program Master of Science in Advanced Architectural Design at Columbia University, New York City. She enrolls Doctoral studies in 2009, field of research: Technology in architecture, management, bioclimatic and green architecture. Doctoral dissertation titled as Principles of sustainable architecture a means of valorization of health tourism facilities, case study of Igalo  has been completed in 2019.

She receives a gold medal at the international painting competition in China in 1995. In 2007 and 2010 her conceptual designs have been exposed at the Exhibition of Architecture (Salon Arhitekture) in 2007 and 2010. As a design team member she receives the first prize at the Design competition for the open area in front of the Old Town, Budva, in 2007. For the conceptual design of the Hotel at the City beach in Kotor (with the professor Borislav Petrovic) she receives S.ARCH Design Awards Honourable Mention in Havana, Cuba, in 2019.

Born in Kragujevac, 26.06.1989. Finished Bachelor Academic Studies (2011) and Master Academic Studies – Architecture (2013) at the University of Belgrade – Faculty of Architecture. Won “Sestre Bulajić” foundation’s annual award for the best Master project in 2013. Master project Builidng the Emptiness has been nominated for the Royal Institute of British Architects Award – The RIBA President’s Medals. In 2013-2014 she worked as a Teaching assistant at the Faculty of Architecture – University of Belgrade. She participated in numerous exhibitions and competitions.

She was born in Zagreb,Croatia,on 17th of June 1988.In 2002. she finished elementary school and in 2006.she graduated from gymnasium in Kotor.After finishing high school in 2006. she enrolled in basic studies at the Faculty of Architecture in Podgorica and in 2009.she was awarded the title bsc.arch. At the same university in 2010. she gets a degree and the title spec.sci.arch.In the company “A team” she worked on different kind of projects but mostly on the old stone houses reconstruction projects and in 2017.she got  the conservation licence.

She was born in Kotor on May 2, 1990. In 2005 she finished elementary school and in 2009 she graduated from gymnasium. After finishing high school in 2009, she enrolled in basic studies at the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Podgorica, where she finished first year of study – department of Management in Construction. In 2010, she enrolled in basic studies at the Faculty of Architecture in Podgorica and in 2013 she was awarded the title bsc.arch. In the same year she was employed in the project office A TEAM d.o.o. Kotor. At the same university in 2013 she enrolls specialist studies – the department of the design, after which in 2015 she gets a degree and the title spec.sci.arch.

He was born on 10.04.1961 in Herceg Novi where he finished elementary school in 1975 and high school in 1979. After finished high school, in 1979 he applied for Civil engineering faculty in Split, which he finished in 1986 and therefore earned a title of Graduated civil engineer.

In 1986 he starts his professional experience in company “Konstruktor” – Split, as a site engineer on projects “Seamless pipes factory” – Volgograd, Russia and “Supply tunnel Fatnica-Bileća” – Bileća, BiH.

After that, in 1990 he starts to work for constr. company “Prvoborac” – Herceg Novi, as a site manager on projects “Tourist and residential resort” – Kotor, “Residential and commercial building” – Moscow, “Building of Police academy” – Russia.

In 1997 he continues his working career in company “MNR” from Moscow, where he works as a site manager on “Commercial building” in Moscow.

in the year 2000th he starts to work for constr. company “Pomgrad” – Split as a manager of site works on the reconstructon and sanation of the main breakwater in Port Bar.

After that in 2002, he continues to work for constr. company “Adria Invest” – Budva, as a site manager on projects hotel “Splendido” – Prčanj, residential buildings “ELMOS” – Budva, villa “BE-RING” – Sveti Stefan, building “Cimesa” – Bečići.

In 2005 he starts in constr. company “Obšivač” – Metković, as a site manager on hotels “Neptun”, “Libertas”, “Lapad” and “Ivka” in Dubrovnik, airport “Dubrovnik” – Dubrovnik.

From 2011 he is engaged in company “All-ing” – Kotor on construction supervision works, on projects of reconstruction of coastal piers in Risan, Perast and Kamenari, “Storage hall” – Radanovići, prefabricated hall “Baloon” – Radanovići, residential and tourist facility “Muo” – Kotor, “Administrative building of the Port Kotor” – Kotor, reconstruction of the coastal pier “Lazaret” – Herceg Novi, residential building in Kotor.

From 2018 till today, he is employed in company “A-team” – Kotor on the works of construction supervision and revision of the technical documentation on projects “Kondo Hotel Rafailovići” – Bečići, “Tourist complex” in Kavač, residential and commercial building in Tivat, “Daily center for children with special needs” – Sutorina, Herceg Novi.
